Along the lines of G-Love and Jack Johnson (with both of whom she performs), she has a mellow, just-out-of-the-surf kind of feel that permeates the whole album. Her lyrics are a couple notches below incredible and her voice is absolutely amazing. This is an extraordinary debut album and a name from whom we will be hearing more. Be the coolest kid on your block to know about Prettyman before anyone else does.
