Unlike El Michel’s Affair, there are several songs that do have vocals, with a very eerie kind of faded sound. All in all, this is not a bad album, just not that great either. It’s the kind of enjoyable music you would bring on a road trip for filler music during conversation, but not the kind of music that one would stop the conversation in order to listen to it.
