I don’t think Ben Folds has ever gotten the notice or public nod his music deserves. He has a range of beautiful music that you know won’t be rockin the suburban radio, but is very well done.

Like Billy Joel before him, Ben Folds tells stories — stories of people, stories of their emotions, stories of stories. He does it all with his piano and unique voice in a style that has become all his own. In the current music scene of look-alike, sound-alike radio bands, Folds' originality is a breath of fresh air.
