Plot

The year is 2027, and no babies have been born for 18 years. The world’s youngest man dies, killing all hope that the human race might be able to propagate itself. As the world is rapidly deteriorating, a young woman named Kee is found to be pregnant, and must be taken to safety to protect the future of the world.

Acting

Clive Owen and Julianne Moore do an excellent job, and were certainly cast well for the movie. As usual, Michael Cain steals every scene he is in (unfortunately, not many) as Jasper, the happy-go-lucky pothead, who turns out to be the only character you end up genuinely caring for.
